Aviation Agent Asia specializes in recruiting pilots for major airlines in Southeast Asia. We recruit both First Officers and Captains for airlines in countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Hong Kong. We not only place pilots in desirable jobs throughout the region, but also provide supportive services to facilitate the pilots through the screening and relocation process. 

Apart from recruitment, we also offer Line Training programs for pilots with limited experience in partnership with Airlines in the region. Our placement programs are designed to provide pilots with an opportunity to increase their flight hours as First Officer in Commercial Flight Operations. We make it significantly easier for pilots to find that first job after completing the program.
