A320 Captains for Spring Airlines - Shanghai

Spring Airlines is a low-cost carrier based in Shanghai operating a fleet consisting exclusively of 80 A320 aircraft flying to more than 100 destinations. The airline offers very attractive salary and benefits for A320 Captains with a 3 year renewable contract. A signing bonus is offered if you join by 31 May 2023.

​Options of being based in Shanghai and various other bases in China. Screening, training and familiarization are all conducted in Shanghai.

Minimum requirements:
  1. Total time above 3,000 hours
  2. PIC time on A320 family aircraft above 500 hours
  3. A320 family aircraft flight within the last 12 months
  4. Valid ICAO ATPL
  5. Priority for CAAC ATPL holders
  6. Valid English Language Level 4
  7. Valid Class 1 Medical
  8. Max 57 years of age at time of joining

Roster options:
  1. 6 on/2 off
  2. 6 on/3 off
  3. 120 days annual leave

Package Details and Options:​
  1. Roster option 6/2: US$13,900  (US$265,000 net annual with all allowances), 
  2. Roster option 6/3: US$13,900  (US$254,000 net annual with all allowances), 
  3. ​Option 120 days leave: US$240/h -  US$257/h  (Up to US$283,000 net annually with all allowances),

All package options include the following allowances and bonuses:
  1. Housing Allowance: US$ 6,200/month (Up to $7,200/mth for 120 AL option)
  2. Annual Travel Bonus: US$10,000
  3. Annual Attendance Bonus: US$ 1,500
  4. Annual Safety Bonus: US$12,000
  5. Monthly Fuel Saving Bonus and Yearly Overtime Bonus
  6. Contract Renewal Bonus: US$1, 000
