B737NG Captains for Xiamen Airlines - Xiamen

Xiamen Airlines is a full service airline operating out of Gaoqi International Airport. The airline has a fleet of 140+ B737NG aircraft and is currently offering very attractive packages for expat Captains interested in a 3 year renewable contract.
Screenings are held every month through 2023. Support is provided by our staff during the screening.
Base Package and Roster:
Option 1: $328,300 net annually (no commuting, 42 days of annual leave)
Option 2: $315,100 net annually (roster 22 days on/8 days off or 44 days on /16 days off)
Option 3: $263,500 net annually, (roster option 19/11 or 38/22 roster)
Option 4: $250,300 net annually, (roster option 17/13 or 34/26 roster)
Option 5: $185,900 net annually, (roster option 30/30 or $155 000 with 60/60 )
Overtime Payment: $250-$300 per hour depending on package

- Housing allowance: 10,000 RMB
- Ticket allowance: $ 6,000
- Safety bonus: $24,000 or $18,000 depending on roster option
- Annual renewal bonus: $15,000 first contract and $20,000 for the second contract
- Radio operator bonus: $400
- CAT B Instructor bonus: $500
Benefits:
- Education allowance for children: $8000 per child per year
- Health/License insurance allowance: $2000 per year
Minimum requirements:
- Total time above 5000h
- Multi Crew Jet time above 2000h
- Minimum 500h PIC on B737 EFIS/NG
- Last flight within the last 18 months
- Valid ICAO ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with China
- Priority for CAAC ATPL holders
- Valid English Language Level 4
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Max age 55 years at time of commencement
